About the Role

Seeking an experienced SAP Technical & BI Senior Manager to lead the organization’s SAP technical landscape and Business Intelligence platforms. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in SAP BASIS, SAP Process Orchestration (PO), SAP BW/BPC, and enterprise database administration while driving technical governance, infrastructure optimization, and strategic initiatives.

This role requires a seasoned SAP technology leader with strong people management, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise architecture experience in large-scale SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise SAP landscapes.
  
• Manage SAP BASIS operations across Development, Quality Assurance, Pre-Production, and Production environments.
  
• Administer and support SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO) integration platforms.
  
• Oversee SAP system installations, upgrades, patching, migrations, kernel updates, and system refresh activities.
  
• Manage SAP HANA and Oracle database environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, backup, and recovery.
  
• Lead the technical management of SAP BW (Business Warehouse) and SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) environments.
  
• Manage the technical administration and governance of the HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) environment.
  
• Drive system performance tuning, monitoring, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and high availability initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with Finance, BI, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions.
  
• Ensure compliance with organizational security, audit, and governance standards.
  
• Lead technical troubleshooting for critical production incidents and root cause analysis.
  
• Develop technical roadmaps, infrastructure strategies, and modernization initiatives.
  
• Mentor and lead SAP technical consultants, BASIS administrators, and BI support teams.
  
• Manage vendor relationships, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration and technical consulting.
  
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO).
  
• Extensive experience managing enterprise SAP landscapes.
  
• Strong knowledge of:

  • SAP Kernel Upgrades
    
  • SAP Transport Management System (TMS)

• Hands-on experience with enterprise databases including:

• Strong experience supporting:

• Experience with the technical management of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
  
• Knowledge of SAP integrations and middleware architecture.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and production support capabilities.

Qualifications

• Certified or Accredited SAP BASIS Consultant.
  
• SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO) Certification is highly preferred.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (B.Sc./B.Tech./BE).
  
• 10 years of enterprise SAP technical experience.
