Experience Required

Minimum 6 months of experience in:

• Fraud Investigations
• Chargeback Handling
• Dispute Resolution
• Pre-Arbitration & Arbitration Processes

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage fraud cases involving payment fraud, bill payments, ACH transactions, P2P fraud, and WSUD claims.
• Utilize fraud detection tools, transaction monitoring systems, and analytics platforms.
• Analyze large datasets to identify suspicious activities and perform root-cause analysis.
• Handle multiple fraud cases with accuracy while meeting SLA requirements.
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
• Stay updated with process guidelines and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance, quality performance, and behavioral standards.
