We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales team in driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and messages
• Understand customer needs and explain product/service offerings
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM
• Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings/demo calls
• Support the sales team in achieving targets

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales processes
• Comfortable with calling and client interaction
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-driven environment
