Role : Inside Sales Executive
Experience : Freshers / 0–6 Months

CTC : 2.40 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and generate new leads through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn
• Schedule meetings for the Business Development team
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions
• Update and track all sales activities in CRM
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
• Achieve monthly targets

Skills Required:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes
• Confident and proactive approach
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
