Job Title: Network & Security Engineer (NOC)

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or equivalent.
• CCNA mandatory; CCNP/Cloud Security certifications preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support enterprise network and security infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot L1/L2 network and security incidents.
• Configure and maintain load balancers, firewalls, WAF, and CDN solutions.
• Perform incident management, health checks, change requests, and documentation.
• Ensure SLA compliance and coordinate with internal teams and customers.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with F5, Imperva, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Cloudflare, Cisco, Palo Alto, and Radware.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, DNS, VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancing, and WAF.
• Basic Cloud Security knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred.
• Good communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
