About the Role

Are you passionate about quality and manufacturing excellence? We're looking for a Quality Inspector/Executive – Quality Assurance (Q.A.) to join our growing furniture manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Conduct quality checks and process audits.
• Identify defects and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain quality documentation and inspection records.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of QA/QC experience in furniture or wood manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cabinet manufacturing, solid wood, veneer, and furniture finishing.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with quality tools and process improvement techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word.
• AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
