Role Description
The Sales Team Lead will oversee and guide a sales team to achieve revenue and conversion targets, while upholding Bharat Homeopathy's patient-centric values. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and providing coaching and support to sales representatives. The Sales Team Lead will manage daily operations including lead allocation, pipeline tracking, and reporting, while ensuring high-quality customer interactions and service standards. The role also includes close collaboration with clinical and operations teams to align sales processes with treatment offerings, as well as identifying opportunities for business growth and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales skills with experience in meeting targets, managing pipelines, and converting leads in a healthcare or service-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated Team Management abilities, including supervising staff, coaching for performance, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work culture.
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities focused on empathy, relationship-building, and delivering a high-quality, patient-centric experience.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain treatment offerings and processes in simple terms.
- Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data, tracking metrics, and making data-informed decisions to improve team performance.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or homeopathy-based services is an advantage.
- Comfort working with CRM tools and basic office software for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and manage flexible schedules based on business needs.
