About the Role

Looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business applications.

Candidates with prior experience working in reputed MNCs will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
  
• Build and enhance applications on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
  
• Develop scalable Lightning components and reusable solutions following Salesforce best practices.
  
• Customize standard Salesforce objects, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, Flows, and Process Automation.
  
• Design and develop REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party applications.
  
• Perform code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and deployment using Salesforce DevOps best practices.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Optimize system performance and ensure security, scalability, and maintainability.
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.

• Experience working with Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
  
• Platform Developer II or Salesforce Administrator certification is an added advantage.
  
• Experience working with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
  
• Previous experience working with reputed MNCs is highly preferred.
