About the Role

Looking for an experienced SAP FICO Senior Specialist with extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation projects, business process optimization, and stakeholder management. This role requires a seasoned SAP Finance professional capable of leading solution design and delivering enterprise-scale SAP transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
  
• Analyze business requirements and design SAP Finance & Controlling solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
  
• Configure and customize SAP FI and CO modules in SAP S/4HANA 2023.
  
• Drive finance transformation initiatives and recommend best practices.
  
• Work extensively on CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) configuration and optimization.
  
• Configure and support SAP Fiori applications related to Finance.
  
• Implement and support ICMR (Intercompany Matching & Reconciliation) processes.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams including MM, SD, PP, WM, and Basis.
  
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, UAT support, and end-user training.
  
• Resolve production issues and provide post-go-live support.
  
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, testing scripts, and knowledge transfer documentation.
  

Required Skills

• 10 years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience.
  
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (2023).
  
• Proven experience in multiple end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of:
  • General Ledger (GL)
    
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
    
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
    
  • Bank Accounting
    
  • Cost Center Accounting
    
  • Profit Center Accounting
    
  • Internal Orders
    
  • Product Costing
    
  • CO-PA
    
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori applications.
  
• Experience with ICMR (Intercompany Matching &Reconciliation).
  
• Strong understanding of financial closing processes and reporting.
  
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Experience in solution design, workshops, and requirement analysis.
  

Mandatory Qualifications

• SAP Financial Accounting & Controlling (SAP S/4HANA 2023) Certification.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  
• Professional Finance qualification such as:
