Key Responsibilities

• Lead design roles for multi-storey & high-rise buildings (G 40 and above).
• Structural design and detailing for township projects.
• Preparation of 3D drawings and BIM model reviews.
• Coordination with project teams and clients.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in STAAD Pro, ETABS, BIM, MS Office.
• Proven experience in multi-storey/high-rise building design.
• Hands-on ability with 3D drawings.
• Effective communication and project coordination skills.
• Focused on project design only.
