Key Responsibilities

• Experience in Staffing/Recruitment (Consultancy, RPO, or Corporate TA)
• Hands-on experience in Tech & Finance fresher hiring
• Strong expertise in campus and volume hiring
• End-to-end recruitment experience - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding
• Proficiency in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
