Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and trackers.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Eligibility

• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or US IT Recruitment.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Any Graduate.
