Business Analyst - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and impact analysis
• Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams
• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements
• Support UAT, testing, issue tracking, and implementation
• Identify process improvements and provide data-driven recommendations

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience with BRD/FRD, user stories, and process mapping
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of JIRA / Confluence / MS Excel / SQL is preferred
