Project Manager – Civil

About the Role

DGS Group Builders & Developers is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to manage construction site operations, lead project execution, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Department: Civil / Projects
• Location: Borivali, Kandivali, Malad & Goregaon, Mumbai
• Experience: 10 Years
• Annual CTC: ₹9–13 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and site execution
• Monitor civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Review drawings, BOQs, RA bills, and project schedules
• Manage manpower, materials, budgets, and project reporting
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely project handover

Required Skills

• SAP / ERP software
• AutoCAD, Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Advanced MS Excel
• Project planning, cost control and QA/QC
• Site management and team leadership

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in residential and high-rise construction is preferred
