Key Skills

• Strong hands-on architecture and implementation experience with NICE CXone
• Ability to design enterprise-scale solutions covering voice, IVR, omnichannel routing, digital channels, agent experience and integrations
• Strong knowledge of CXone Studio, ACD/routing, APIs, SDKs and authentication/integration patterns
• Experience architecting integrations with CRM, Conversational AI, Voice AI, WFM/WEM, recording and enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP, telephony, SBC/carrier connectivity and contact-center call flows
