WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: Night Shift (7pm to 4am)
Experience: 3–5 Years
CTC: INR 6.06 LPA Variables (INR 6.06 LPA excludes variable pay)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of General Ledger, reconciliations, and US accounting processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle General Ledger and account reconciliations, including bank reconciliation statements
• Manage payroll accounting for US-based companies
• Perform advanced reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports for management
• Conduct ratio analysis and validate GL data for accuracy
• Prepare monthly production site performance reports and Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Handle monthly financial submissions to Hyperion / Essbase
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned activities
• Update work allocation matrices and prepare monthly KPI metrics
• Escalate pending issues to the appropriate level of management
• Follow information security and control procedures

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in General Ledger / Accounting
• Strong knowledge of double-entry accounting
• Good understanding of Finance & Accounting concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Excel Macro knowledge will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Good team player with a positive attitude
