Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or Project Management (preferably in a services-based organization)
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience managing enterprise clients and complex service delivery engagements
• Sound understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and contract management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
