Job Title: Accounts Executive (Fresher)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers who are eager to build their career in Accounting and Finance. Candidates with a strong academic background and basic knowledge of accounting principles are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities and maintain financial records
• Record journal entries, purchase entries, sales entries, and bank transactions
• Support bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation
• Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents
• Help maintain MIS reports and financial data
• Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related activities
• Support audit and month-end closing activities
• Perform other accounting and finance tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and MS Excel
• Familiarity with Tally ERP/Tally Prime is an added advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
