Accounts Executive - EBG/PBG

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with strong practical knowledge of EBG (Earnest Money Bank Guarantee) and PBG (Performance Bank Guarantee) processes, preferably from the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting, payments and reconciliations
• Manage EBG/PBG documentation, issuance, renewals, extensions and releases
• Coordinate with banks for bank guarantees and related formalities
• Track guarantee validity, expiry dates, amounts and bank charges
• Follow up on EMD refunds and bank guarantee releases
• Handle tender-related financial documentation and compliance
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports on pending guarantees and payments

Required Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of EBG/PBG and bank guarantee procedures
• Good understanding of accounting and banking operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and financial records efficiently

Preferred Skills

• Relevant EBG/PBG experience in manufacturing or industrial companies
