About the Role

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to help build the next generation of AI-powered products. From Voice AI and intelligent chatbots to AI-powered customer journeys, we are working on multiple AI products that leverage technology and data to solve real-world banking challenges and enhance customer experiences.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years in product management or a relevant role.
• AI product understanding: Interest or experience in Voice AI, chatbots, Generative AI, and AI-powered workflows.
• GenAI and LLMs: Strong understanding of the evolving AI landscape and the ability to turn emerging capabilities into practical product solutions.
• Product execution: Ability to translate business requirements into product features and collaborate with technology teams to bring ideas to life.
• Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Problem-solving: A customer-first approach with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
