About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize prompts for LLM-powered applications
• Build AI workflows for document understanding and data extraction
• Develop and enhance RAG-based applications
• Improve AI accuracy by reducing hallucinations and inconsistencies
• Implement structured outputs, validation and LLM evaluation
• Build scalable, production-ready GenAI solutions

• Prompt Engineering, LLMs, Generative AI, OpenAI APIs
• RAG, LangChain / LangGraph, NLP, Python
• Vector Databases, Document Intelligence
• Data Extraction and Validation, LLM Evaluation

Ideal Candidate

• Strong hands-on experience building LLM / GenAI applications
• Expertise in prompt design, testing and optimization
• Experience working with unstructured documents and data extraction
• Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings and vector databases
• Experience with structured outputs, validation and AI performance evaluation
• Strong Python programming skills

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to the Insurance domain is an added advantage
