Job Title: AR Caller (US Healthcare)

Location: Mumbai
Shift: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM / 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM
Qualification: Any Undergraduate or Graduate
Experience: Freshers & 1 year in Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and document denials.
• Handle insurance follow-ups, patient calling, and provider outreach processes.
• Work on accounts receivable (AR) and outstanding claims reports.
• Maintain daily work logs and achieve productivity targets as per SLAs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and timely escalation of issues.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in US night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and a customer-focused approach.
