Job Title: Assistant Store Manager - Quick Commerce Operations

About the Role

Are you passionate about retail operations, inventory management, and leading high-performing teams? We're looking for experienced professionals to manage fast-paced dark store and online fulfilment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end dark store operations, including inward, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure timely online order fulfilment while meeting delivery SLAs.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, GRN, stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and shrinkage control.
• Lead and manage teams of pickers, packers, inward associates, and delivery executives.
• Monitor operational KPIs such as order fill rate, dispatch TAT, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Handle customer escalations and coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Drive productivity, workforce planning, and continuous process improvements.

Preferred Experience

• 2-6 years of experience in Quick Commerce, Dark Store, E-commerce, Warehouse, FMCG, QSR, or Modern Retail operations.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management, WMS/OMS, and Excel.
• Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in handling perishable products or cold chain operations will be an added advantage.
