Associate – US Healthcare Voice Process

Eligibility

• HSC Pass / Any Graduate
• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
• Excellent English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willing to work in US Night Shifts

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: ?3.3 LPA
• Take Home: Approx. ?22,500/month
• Night Shift Allowance: ?135 per night (approx.)
• One-way Cab Facility (Pickup/Home Drop as per shift)
• 5 Days Working
• Any 2 Rotational Week Offs

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice calls.
• Provide timely and accurate resolutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
• Work on basic computer applications for customer transactions.
