About the Role

GoTechnosys is looking for an experienced Associate Principal – Package Implementation to join our team!

Key Requirements

• Strong expertise in Tricentis NeoLoad and performance testing.
• Solid understanding of load, stress, endurance, and capacity testing methodologies.
• Experience analyzing requirements and defining performance testing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, client-server architecture, API testing, and APM tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify complex performance issues.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab.

Good to Have

• Experience with JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure and cloud-native application testing.
• Experience testing SAP or other enterprise applications.
• JavaScript/scripting skills for advanced test scenarios.
• Certified NeoLoad Professional or relevant performance testing certifications.
