About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team and drive automation, continuous integration, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and cloud-native deployments in an Azure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, etc.).

• Manage infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.

• Automate deployment and configuration of applications and services on Azure App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, and VMs.

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and secure deployment processes.

• Improve build and release processes, including branching strategies (Git Flow), rollback plans, and environment parity.

• Enforce DevOps best practices related to security, cost optimization, and performance.

• Troubleshoot build and deployment issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts).

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or ARM/Bicep.

• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

• Experience deploying and managing Azure services: App Services, AKS, Azure SQL, Functions, Storage Accounts, etc.

• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.

• Experience integrating DevOps pipelines with testing and monitoring tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, AZ-104, or AZ-305).

• Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.

• Understanding of networking, DNS, and firewalls in cloud environments.
