About the Role

We're expanding our team and looking for Backend Coordinators who are great at coordination, follow-ups, and keeping things moving smoothly!

What You'll Be Handling

• Order Processing – Managing orders accurately from initiation to completion
• Quotation Management – Preparing and coordinating quotations
• Order Execution – Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution
• Payment Follow-ups – Following up with customers for pending payments
• Team Coordination – Working closely with Sales, Accounts & Operations teams
• Order Tracking & MIS – Maintaining records and providing timely updates
• Customer Coordination – Handling queries and ensuring smooth communication

Who We're Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in Backend Coordination / Sales Coordination / Order Management
• Hands-on experience in Order Processing, Quotations & Order Execution
• Experience in Payment Follow-ups will be an added advantage
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Strong follow-up and organizational abilities
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
