Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, BBA, BMS, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Business Analyst training/certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Business Analysis concepts, SDLC, BRD, FRD, and requirement gathering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is an added advantage.
• Ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
• Willing to work from the Mumbai office (Sakinaka).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and the development team.
• Assist in project planning, requirement clarification, and testing.
• Identify business needs and recommend process improvements.
• Support UAT and ensure project deliverables meet business expectations.
