What Will You Do?

• Onboard new AC technicians onto the platform.
• Conduct field visits & identify potential technicians.
• Verify & onboard technician partners.
• Build and manage a strong partner network.
• Solve on-ground issues & ensure smooth onboarding.
• Drive partner performance & retention.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Strong ownership mindset & target-oriented approach.
• Someone who can independently drive field operations.
• Prior experience with Urban Company / NoBroker / E-commerce preferred.
• Good communication & problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Own Laptop is mandatory.
