We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as Business Development Associates. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in Life Sciences and a keen interest in healthcare sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and create awareness about diagnostic tests among doctors, clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and product presentations.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments and market trends.

Requirements:

• Freshers with Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Pharmacy, Biotechnology or related fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Passion for sales, business development and the healthcare industry.
