Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai

Language: Hindi & English – Mandatory

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
• Understand customer requirements and explain our services
• Identify and qualify potential business opportunities
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Maintain lead details and update the CRM regularly
• Schedule meetings for the sales team
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospects
• Achieve daily and monthly activity targets
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and closures

Requirements

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
• Must be fluent in Hindi and English
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn sales
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage
• Candidates interested in building a career in Sales & Business Development are preferred
