Job Title: Campaign Manager

Location: Mumbai (Freshers) / Gurgaon (Experienced)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Experience: 2 years

About the Role

FirstHive is looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to drive impactful marketing campaigns and help clients maximize their marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Email, SMS, App/Web Push, Social Media and AdWords
• Create audience segments and manage campaign targeting
• Track campaign performance, KPIs and ROI
• Conduct A/B testing and post-campaign analysis
• Recommend campaign optimization based on data insights
• Work closely with clients and internal teams
• Support customer operations and prepare client presentations/reports

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience in campaign execution
• Strong segmentation, analytics and A/B testing skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL and digital marketing
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WebEngage, CleverTap or similar
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and multitasking abilities
