Travel: Must be flexible to travel for campus drives and hiring events

About the Role

We're looking for an energetic Campus Recruiter to join and drive end-to-end campus recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute campus recruitment drives across different B-School hiring.
• Coordinate with placement cells and maintain strong institute relationships.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including offer rollout and candidate engagement.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Experience in B-school campus hiring.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring drives simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel frequently for campus recruitment activities.

Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
