CASA Finacle Tester

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CASA Finacle Tester to join our banking technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing Finacle Core Banking modules, specifically CASA (Current Account & Savings Account), and a strong understanding of banking processes and QA methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing on Finacle CASA modules.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
• Validate account opening, KYC, transaction processing, interest calculation, and account closure workflows in Finacle.
• Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA/ALM/Quality Center.
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and implementation teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct UAT support and assist end users during testing cycles.
• Validate Finacle parameterization, GL mapping, and product configurations related to CASA.
• Prepare test summary reports and ensure timely delivery of testing deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal QA standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Finacle CASA module.
• Strong knowledge of Core Banking Solutions (CBS), particularly Infosys Finacle.
• Experience in manual testing; exposure to automation testing tools (Selenium, UFT) is a plus.
• Good understanding of SDLC/STLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with SQL for backend data validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Prior banking/fintech domain experience preferred.

Good to Have

• Finacle certification.
• Experience with other Finacle modules (Loans, TD, Trade Finance).
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 / SWIFT messaging standards.
