About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Centre Head for a leading preschool and daycare.

Key Responsibilities

• Own centre revenue and drive admissions through parent counselling and centre tours
• Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Lead and motivate teachers and support staff
• Ensure best-in-class academic delivery and parent satisfaction

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Preschool / Daycare / Early Education / educational institution
• Experience as Centre Manager / Asst. Centre Manager / Coordinator / Vice Principal / Branch Head
• Strong communication, parent handling and team management skills
