About the Role

We are looking for a Consultant – Business Partner Services (Order to Cash) to join our team and contribute to smooth O2C operations by supporting our network and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with dealers and channel partners.
• Manage and resolve dealer/customer queries related to business transactions.
• Support day-to-day Order to Cash (O2C) activities.
• Handle basic accounting and commercial-related queries.
• Perform basic business calculations and transaction-related activities.
• Maintain accurate financial and business data.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely query resolution.
• Prepare and manage data using MS Excel & Word.
