Shift Timings: General Shift (5 Days WFO)
Experience Required: 1.5-2 Years of Post-Qualification Core FP&A Experience (Note: Articleship experience is excluded)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Education: CA Final Completed (CFA or other relevant certifications are an added advantage)

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Variance Analysis, working on P&L sheets, core expense management, and financial reporting.
• Financial Operations: Strong understanding of core financials, month-end closing activities, and daily financial operations.
• Role Flexibility: Ability to thrive in Individual Contributor (IC) or Managerial roles, depending on your experience level.
• Location Readiness: Currently Mumbai-based or willing to relocate to Mumbai within the required joining timeline.
