About the Role

Bodycare International Limited is looking for a Credit Controller / Accounts Receivable Executive to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and outstanding payments.
• Regularly follow up with distributors/vendors for pending payments.
• Monitor ageing reports and ensure timely collection of dues.
• Reconcile customer/distributor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Follow up on overdue invoices through calls, emails, and other communication.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Commercial teams for payment collection.
• Maintain accurate records of outstanding payments and follow-up status.
• Prepare regular collection and ageing reports.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable / Collections.
• Strong payment follow-up and collection skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Candidates from FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution, or similar industries will be preferred.
