Job Summary: We are looking for a CRM Executive with 2–5 years of experience in customer relationship management, customer handling and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships and maintain accurate customer records.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and follow-ups.
• Update and maintain customer data in CRM software.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for customer engagement.
• Prepare reports and track customer interactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and support customer retention.

Required Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in CRM or customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
