Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and concerns
• Manage the customer journey from booking to possession
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal and Projects teams
• Maintain customer records and documentation
• Follow up on payments and possession formalities
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in real estate CRM operations
• Knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and ERP systems
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
