• Undergraduates: minimum 6 months of experience required
• Graduates: freshers can apply
• Candidates must be comfortable working from Gurgaon

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide timely, professional resolutions
• Assist customers through calls/chat/email while maintaining service quality
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow company processes and guidelines
