Working Days: 6 Days (Mon - Sat)

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, service, tickets, email support and issue resolution while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of MS Office (Especially Excel)
• Problem solving and customer handling skills
• Ability to manage calls, emails & service tickets
• Experienced candidates must have 2-3 years in customer service/helpdesk experience
• Freshers are also welcome

Preferred

• Experience with CRM or ticketing system
• Complaint handling & escalation management
