Hiring: Dealer Sales Manager

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the existing dealer and distributor network.
• Develop and onboard new dealers and channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with dealers to drive sales and business growth.
• Travel across Maharashtra and Gujarat (West) once every 3–4 months for dealer visits.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Male candidates only.
• 3–5 years of experience in dealer/trade sales.
• Mandatory experience in the Wallpaper & Furnishing industry.
• Candidates from interior product companies such as wallpapers, carpets, flooring, laminates, paints, or furnishings will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for business visits.
