• Drive Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the DSA channel while achieving monthly sales and disbursement targets
• Develop, onboard, and manage DSA partners to expand business and strengthen channel productivity
• Ensure high-quality sourcing, compliance, and timely loan processing to maintain portfolio quality and customer satisfaction
• Monitor team performance, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and channel partners
