Location: Bangalore (Techno Park (E) & Jayanagar (E))

Experience: 3–6 years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree

CTC: Up to INR 9 LPA

What We Are Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the insurance sector
• Strong knowledge of life insurance / general insurance products and processes
• Experience in designing and implementing product, process and sales training programs
• Excellent training delivery, facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to develop training content and enhance employee capabilities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Understanding of insurance industry trends and business requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute L&D programs for employees and sales teams
• Conduct product, process, behavioural and sales effectiveness training
• Drive employee capability development and improve business performance
• Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals
