As a Digital Client Servicing Executive, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our talented internal teams, making sure ideas turn into impactful digital solutions.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand requirements & translate them into actionable briefs.
• Coordinate with SEO, Website Development, Design & Content teams.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables & quality.
• Schedule client meetings, prepare MOMs & share regular updates.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Handle multiple accounts and projects in a dynamic agency environment.
• Identify client needs and collaborate with teams to deliver the right solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management.
• Experience in a Digital Marketing or Web Development Agency preferred.
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO & Website Development.
• Excellent verbal & written communication.
• Strong coordination, organization & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects.
• Mumbai-based candidates only.
• Willingness to work from our Thane office.
