About the Role

We're hiring for an Event Operations Manager with a mid-sized Event Management Company in Mumbai.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in Event Operations & Execution, preferably within Corporate Events.
• Proven experience managing events from planning to on-ground execution.
• Strong coordination with vendors, production teams, venues and other stakeholders.
• Experience managing event logistics, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Ability to handle multiple events/projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation and crisis-management skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination and team management abilities.
• A proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel and be present on-ground during events.
