What Will You Own?

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for our factory, including:

• End-to-end Recruitment & Onboarding
• Complete Employee Lifecycle Management
• Attendance & Payroll Management
• Factory HR Operations & Documentation
• Factory Act & Labour Law Compliance
• Industrial Relations & Employee Grievance Handling
• Labour Rules, Regulations & Statutory Compliance
• Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives
• Close coordination with the Factory Head & Zonal HR Manager

What We're Looking For

• 3–4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Factory Act & Labour Compliance.
• Good understanding of Industrial Relations (IR).
• Hands-on experience in Attendance, Payroll & Employee Lifecycle.
• Strong communication, employee-handling & problem-solving skills.
• Manufacturing / Factory HR experience will be preferred.
• Candidates from Navi Mumbai / Taloja will be preferred.
