Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Flutter Software Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, with hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness across devices.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and bugs.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party services.
• Work with cross-functional teams including backend developers, product managers, and QA.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Flutter application development.
• Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party integrations.
• Expertise in state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or GetX.
• Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Experience with Git version control and exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
