Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Candidates pursuing graduation may also apply
• Candidates based in or near Noida will be preferred
• Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory
• Basic English speaking skills are required
• Candidates should be comfortable with calling-based roles

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for the NGO calling process
• Connect with potential donors/supporters and explain the NGO’s initiatives
• Address basic queries professionally and maintain positive communication
• Follow up with interested callers as per the process
• Update call details, responses, and follow-up status in the system
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
